Power Solution Inc.

Developer of contracted U.S. clean energy infrastructure.

PSI originates, structures, and delivers contracted energy assets across four technology verticals: utility-scale and distributed solar, battery storage, green hydrogen, and green ammonia.

  • Solar
  • Battery Storage (BESS)
  • Green Hydrogen
  • Green Ammonia

Technology verticals

Four technology verticals.

PSI develops across generation, storage, and downstream industrial products, addressing combined power and commodity requirements within a single platform.

01

Utility-scale & distributed solar

Standardized ~5 MW installations deployed repeatably across the U.S. Southeast and other high-demand power markets.

02

Battery energy storage

LFP-based storage pairing with generation to firm output and capture capacity value.

03

Green hydrogen

Alkaline electrolysis feeding on-site ammonia synthesis for industrial decarbonization.

04

Green ammonia

Modular Haber-Bosch facilities producing low-carbon ammonia under long-term industrial offtake.

Development approach

Development and risk-mitigation model.

PSI completes the principal de-risking milestones before committing capital, so projects enter the capital structure at a reduced risk profile.

How we develop
  • Behind-the-meter by design

Generation is sized to be consumed on-site producing green hydrogen and ammonia, so the molecule projects avoid the multi-year grid-interconnection queues that delay conventional development.

  • Permitting before construction

Environmental review, state and local permitting, and FERC eligibility established before any ground is broken.

  • Contracted revenue from inception

Projects advance only where PPAs or industrial offtake are in place or in advanced negotiation, revenue visibility before capital is at risk.

  • Standardized configurations

Repeatable ~5 MW project designs built for predictable, repeatable delivery.

Markets

Operating markets.

PSI's portfolio is anchored in the U.S. Southeast and other high-demand power markets, with a national green ammonia footprint serving industrial buyers across agricultural, chemical, and export applications.

Southern U.S. markets

Distributed solar and BESS structured around standardized ~5 MW installations with rapid permitting, anchored by a strong regional industrial demand base.

Green ammonia (national)

Production facilities targeting industrial buyers requiring large-volume, long-term supply of low-carbon ammonia, underpinned by contracted and advanced-stage offtake relationships.
